Each November, Downtown Sebring sees thousands of attendees at Highlands Art League’s “Sebring Art, Wine & Jazz Fest”. This is the perfect kick-off for the holiday shopping season. Now’s your chance to capitalize on those potential customers!

We’re offering a limited opportunity for your organization to set-up a booth on “Chamber of” Commerce Ave., our special street designated exclusively for non-fine arts and non-food vendors to set-up a mini storefront, sell your products, promote an upcoming event, or simply to create brand awareness. This opportunity is for Sebring Chamber Members only, so book today to get your piece of the action in Downtown Sebring!

Merchant Booth- $75

Selling products, goods, services, or items

 

Community Relations (or Non-Profit Booth)- $50

No product sales, just promoting your brand, message or creating awareness

(Fine Art & Culinary Vendor Booths are NOT permitted on this street, but may sign-up through Highlands Art League by calling 863-385-5312 or email manager@highlandsartleague.org)

Other important info: Booth size is 14’ wide x 10’ deep & your space will be marked. You’ll be notified of your exact booth location one week prior to the event via the email address you provide below. There will be Chamber staff at the event to point you to your correct vendor space starting at 7am. Cars must be out of the roadway by 8:30am, prior to event opening. Festival hours are Saturday, November 2 from 9am-4pm. Booths MUST remain open during the festival hours; packing up early is not permitted! Leaving early may result in not being asked back for following festivals.

Must reserve by october 23 to guarantee your space!
