Conference Room Facilities

The conference room at our  Welcome Center is available for rent!

  • Comfortably accommodates 20-25 people, depending on room set-up
  • Meetings can be flexible and scheduled around your needs
  • Built-in projector & screen for presentations
  • Food and drink can be catered in.
  • Coffee available
  • Reasonable Rates
  • Well lit parking lot with ample parking

 

As a value-added member benefit, Chamber members may use the Conference Room (1) day per month for up to a half day at no charge. Non-members, or members using the conference room more than once per month, should refer to the fee schedule below.
