Racing
Sebring is the home of America’s oldest and most famous road racing track. Founded over a half century ago, Sebring International Raceway is the Mecca of sports car racing in North America, hosting the famous Mobil 1 “Twelve Hours of Sebring” Endurance Race. In addition to the annual 12 Hours race, there are tons of events happening year-round.

Enjoying the Outdoors
Recreation opportunities in the Sebring area abound for people of all ages and include fresh water swimming in our many lakes, fishing, boating, water skiing, airboat rides and other water sports. Largemouth bass thrive in area lakes and many are of trophy size. People can enjoy nature at its best in nearby Highlands Hammock State Park, one of the oldest in Florida’s state park system. Archbold Biological Station protects a 5,193-acre globally significant Florida scrub preserve located on the southern end of the Lake Wales Ridge, an ancient sandy ecosystem of south-central Florida. Enjoy a tour or walk the half mile trail to enjoy real Florida.

Sebring boasts a number of award-winning museums, galleries, and art studios.
